Why can't I see a size chart on the t-shirt pages?
If you are viewing the shop on a mobile device, you may not see the size chart which is on all the t-shirt pages. If you need size help you can email us for advice or check using a desktop device.
I bought a shirt and it doesn't fit me. Can I exchange for a different size plz?
Yes you sure can, so long as your shirt is unworn. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your preferred alternative so we can check stock and let you know the return address. Then just put your shirt back in the post to us and we will send your replacement out as soon as it arrives. (We don’t pay your shipping on returns but we do pay the shipping on your replacement shirt.) Please include a note to state/confirm the replacement size.
The amount I paid doesn't match my order total. Why is that?
Remember that all our prices are in UK pounds £ sterling. For customers in other territories, currency will be converted at the point of payment. If you're not sure what you'll be paying, use google's Currency Converter before you checkout.
Why can't I find any tracking info on my shipping notification?
Smaller items like poster-mags and badges routinely go untracked to save customers the relatively high cost of tracking so it's likely that your order was under this threshold. But if you're ordering lots of small items together (usually more than 3) it will automatically upgrade to tracked shipping which you'll see reflected in the shipping charge.
My order has not arrived, what the heck's going on?
International orders sometimes take a while so patience is appreciated especially Pre-Christmas and at other high volume times. But if you think there's an issue get in touch with Lou at email@example.com and we'll see what's what.
